What’s going on at Denver International Airport (DIA)

DENVER — We’ve all heard the rumors and conspiracy theories surrounding the Denver International Airport, and officials there like to have fun with the mystery from time to time. 

A new mystery was born Monday when the airport shared a video of Darth Vader staring at the airport from afar. It ended with the date 5/4/2017.

Officials told Denver7 they couldn’t reveal too many secrets, but encouraged anybody at the airport to swing by the Great Hall in the terminal at about 10 a.m. on Thursday morning. 

Undoubtedly, the mysterious video is a tease to May the Fourth festivities. May 4^th has become known as Star Wars Day due to the homonym „May the Fourth“ and „May the Force be with you.“

Denver7 can’t confirm what the airport’s plans are, but we’ll have cameras there on Thursday morning in the hopes of capturing video of the event.
